Fixed errors with Go!Zilla 4.0
When you added/removed a file type, an error could occur
Fixed error with database connection
Fixed problem with changing the filter configurations
If you removed all files of one special file type, an error could occur
Fixed error that could occur when ScanDL started the first time (language dialog did not close)
Saving domain ".index" files did not work exactly
As ScanDL will be installed correctly now, no errors with outdated files (mswinsck.ocx, comdlg32.ocx) will occur any more

1) Link endings configuration:
* set ignored domain suffixes, like ".com", ".net", ...
* set ignored file types: type in the file type-endings that should be ignored by ScanDL
accept domain links and show them as .index-files (e.g.: http://www.server.com --> www.server.com.index)
* accept folder links and show aim as .index-files (e.g.: http://www.server.com/Folder/ --> Folder.index)
2) Warning when you try to add a file type ending to the search filter list that you have set to be ignored
3) Full JavaScript links support for static links
4) Status bar shows also how much time you have to wait for the complete file download
5) Message box after 13 seconds if no data arrives from the server
6) .CFM, .JSP, .PL added to ignored dynamic file types
